These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Hannah Made Co. (the "Site") and the purchase of any products sold through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Many items sold on the Site, including our Memory Magnets and Mini Adventure Society kits, are made to order using photos and personalization text supplied by you. Because each item is produced individually:

• Minor variations in print color, alignment, cropping, or finish are inherent to custom production and do not by themselves indicate a defective product.
• Once production begins, an order cannot be modified or cancelled.
• All sales of personalized items are final, subject to the remake conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. User-Submitted Content

When you upload photos or submit text for custom products ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to use the User Content strictly for the purpose of producing your order.
• The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or any other right of any third party.
• The User Content is not offensive, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to refuse to produce any order whose User Content we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). In accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency's Small Supplier Exemption, no GST/HST/PST/QST is charged or added to your order. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your submitted order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order-confirmation email. We may accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or file upload issues.

6. Shopify Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your interaction with the Site is also subject to any applicable Shopify terms.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable Canadian provincial Consumer Protection Acts (e.g., Ontario CPA, Quebec CPA, Alberta CPA, BC BPCPA). Where a clause conflicts with a mandatory statutory right of your province of residence, the statutory right prevails.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Hannah Made Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your province of residence.
